In the Space Dream universe, echoes are not ordinary sounds. They are traces of events, dreams, and emotions that were once so powerful they remained suspended in space.
An echo can appear as a voice, a flash of light, a shadow, or a brief vision. Sometimes an echo is awakened by an artefact. Sometimes it drifts freely through an abandoned ship, an ancient carrier, or a forgotten part of the universe.
Echoes are not ghosts, and they are not living beings. They are memories of the universe itself: remnants of freedom, fear, longing, and discovery that still travel through space.
